California, Los angeles, 90001 Los angeles USAEmmi’s, a restaurant in Sierra Madre, is seeking a dishwasher to join our team. As a dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our kitchen stays clean, organized, and running smoothly to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
-Wash dishes and utensils and ensure they are properly cleaned and sanitized.
-Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment.
-Assist with food preparation, as needed.
-Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
-Assist with inventory and ensure that all ingredients and supplies are stocked and organized.
-Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, hygiene, and food handling.
Candidates will possess the following qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent required.
-Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
-Flexibility to work early morning, evening, weekends, and holidays as needed.
-ServSafe Certified or equivalent.
Compensation, Benefits, Culture:
-$17-18 per hour, based on experience
