We are currently looking for …

1 Experienced Fine Dining Server.

Ticket average is about 120 per person and sales are good.

We are looking for an experienced server who can up sales , and bring in good numbers.

With previous alcohol and wine knowledge, fine details on our cocktail program will be taught during training

Must be able to work 5 days.

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday , and Monday.

4:45 pm - 10:45 pm

1 Expeerienced Busser Part Time

Must have prior bussing experience,

A great team ethic and be ready to work immediately.

Must be able to work 4 days a week

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

A few overall skills we are looking for:

-Project a professional image.

-Extensive wine knowledge, and cocktail experience for bar.

- Ability to work, clean, follow direction, maintain cleanliness; a positive environment, and complete tasks with a cense of urgency.

- Prioritize and perform multiple functions under time pressure and deadlines with accuracy while maintaining a positive disposition

-Maintain all areas and equipment in a clean organized and sanitary manner according to Department of Health.

- Cooks must prepare all food according to menu specifications, follow direction, and display a cense of urgency and competency.

- Employees must adhere to a professional dress code that reflects the mission of Polanco Modern Mexican Steakhouse with excellent grooming and appearance.

-Follow all guidelines in the handbook and policies, as well as, all safety procedures.

-Attend all in-services, meetings and other training required by this position.

-Proyectar una imagen profesional.

-Amplio conocimiento de vinos y experiencia en cócteles para bar.

-Capacidad para trabajar, limpiar, seguir instrucciones, mantener la limpieza; un entorno positivo y completar tareas con sentido de urgencia.

-Priorizar y realizar múltiples funciones bajo presión de tiempo y plazos con precisión mientras se mantiene una disposición positiva.

-Mantener todas las áreas y equipos de manera limpia, organizada y sanitaria de acuerdo con el Departamento de Salud.

-Los cocineros deben preparar todos los alimentos de acuerdo con las especificaciones del menú, seguir las instrucciones y mostrar sentido de urgencia y competencia.

- Los empleados deben cumplir con un código de vestimenta profesional que refleje la misión de Polanco Modern Mexican Steakhouse con un excelente aseo y apariencia.

-Seguir todas las pautas del manual y las políticas, así como todos los procedimientos de seguridad.

-Asistir a todos los servicios internos, reuniones y otras capacitaciones requeridas para este puesto
