Avila's El Ranchito Restaurant is a successful family business of 58 years. Eleven other family locations in OC. Seeking a bilingual front house manager who has excellent customer service skills. We have a consistent business who is customer oriented. Owner is personally involved in management. High volume business. Must know menu and ability to take phone orders. Also do frequent table touching throughout the shift. Basic management skills ie: giving schedule meal breaks etc. Majority of employees and customers are Spanish speaking. Loyal customers and staff. Will be flexible with a part time or full time schedule. Open for salary or hourly rate.
