Experienced Managers Wanted

Jersey Mike's Subs continues to grow in Southern California and in the Antelope Valley. Jersey Mike's Subs Antelope Valley Locations (Palmdale & Lancaster) are looking for qualified full time Managers to join our team. We are looking for career-minded candidates with active and attractive personalities.

Applicants must come from a successful quick serve / food service background with 3-5 years’ experience as a store Manager. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to lead teams through positive coaching and mentoring. Your urgency must be on point, with the ability to always have a 360-degree view of the store operations. Applicants must have experience and a full understanding of managing employees, scheduling employees to meet service and labor requirements, labor costs, product ordering, managing orders and food costs, and P&L responsibilities.
