About Us: Introducing Zero Lounge, the ultimate Y2K-inspired craft cocktail bar. Located in the heart of Hollywood and opening in September, Zero Lounge is an ode to the Y2K era, where the past meets the present in a fusion of retro flair and modern mixology. Our mission is to provide a unique and unforgettable experience that combines craft cocktails, nostalgic vibes, and top-notch service. Training will begin in mid September. Opening end of September/Early October.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve specialty cocktails with a focus on quality and presentation

Develop and maintain a knowledge of our menu, ingredients, and drink preparation methods as well as how we prepare classic cocktails

Stocking and preparing bar service related items

Daily bar prep including but to limited to cutting fruit, preparing syrups, building garnishes, etc

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards

Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge

Maintain the cleanliness of bar tools and bar stations

Responsibly serve alcohol to customers

Communicate respectfully with co-workers

Adhere to dress code and hygiene standards

Qualifications:

3+ years experience bartending (MUST BE AVAILABLE NIGHTS/WEEKENDS)

Ability to prepare craft-cocktails a high-volume environment

Extensive knowledge and strong interest in craft-cocktails, mixology and spirits

Ample knowledge of beer and wine

Previous experience using POS system (preferably Toast) for order entry and payment processing

Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work in an organized and meticulous manner with strong attention to detail

Ability to adapt to changing systems inherent to a new business

Solution-focused, receptive to constructive criticism and general performance feedback

Well-versed in opening, closing and regular operating procedures of working in a bar

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

RBS certification is required within 30 days of hire

Must be at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
