Bellissimo Deli, a small versatile deli by the Venice Canal and a block from the ocean, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Deli Sandwich Maker to join our family. We pride ourselves on a clean environment, easy-to-use equipment (meat slicer and panini press), and a welcoming, family vibe.

Responsibilities:

Use a meat slicer and panini press to create artful sandwiches.

Serve customers with a smile, taking orders and upselling our delicious deli items.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Work as part of a team, sharing duties and tips.

Work weekends and holidays, embracing the local Venice vibe.

Skills:

Meat Slicer

Handle Sharp Cutting Knife

Ability to Take Detailed Orders

Ability to Create Smoothies (Plus)

Panini Press

Ability to Communicate Orders and Pack Deli Orders

Bilingual are welcome

Qualifications:

Experience with a meat slicer and making sandwiches.

Self-starter, clean-cut, well-groomed, and presentable.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to upsell deli items and provide outstanding customer service.

Energetic, polite, and welcoming attitude.
