Job Description:

Position: Runner (with the possibility to move up as other positions become available)

Food runner, busser.

Attention to detail, sense of urgency, communication skills, attendance, and teamwork are required.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $17.28 - $30/hr (includes performance raises and pooled tips)

Front of the House Expectations:

Collaborate as a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences

Master and articulate our menu concepts

Demonstrate exceptional communication skills

Exhibit patience and professionalism

Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace

Adapt to new tasks as needed

Lift, push, and pull at least 30 lbs

Stand for most of an 8-hour shift

Perform opening, closing, and side tasks thoroughly

Thrive under pressure and strive for excellence

Flexible schedule (weekends and nights are a must)

21+ years old

Authorized to work in the US

Not Required but a Plus:

Experience in food and beverage
