Lead Line Cook/Hourly Kitchen Supervisor

We are a fast-paced restaurant in our 24th year of business, located in Old Downtown Torrance in search of an experienced Line Cook for lunch or evening shifts. We pride ourselves on high quality food and hand-crafted beer. We are a highly professional kitchen and we are looking for the right person to join our team. Must have good communication skills.
The experienced cook is responsible for their own station. Must have experience with grill, saute and fry. Pizza experience a plus. Cleanliness and personal hygiene a must. When required you will be expected to assist other teammates on the line. The cook needs to know how to follow recipes, weights, and measurements and all plating associated with our menu. An experienced line cook must be able to work under pressure and maintain production, quality and presentation at all times.

Minimum requirement: 3 years experience as a line cook. Must show progressing levels of leadership and duties in the kitchen.
Associates in Culinary Arts considered a plus.
Food Handlers certification required.
