Schellz Pizza Co - Head Baker

Position Summary

This will start out as a part-time (24-32 hours weekly) role but may expand to full time very quickly. The head baker is incredibly important to Schellz Pizza Co. This role will report directly to the ownership.

Wednesday-Monday (4-5 days), after 10pm. Early morning shifts also available Saturday-Monday.

2 week of training, training shifts are Tuesday-Friday 5am-11am.

Your responsibilities include:

-preparing Hokkaidough (spiral floor mixer)

-partial baking of Hokkaidough pizza shells

-other miscellaneous kitchen duties as directed by the commissary manager and ownership

-able to lift 50lb bags of flour

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

-General availability: 4-5 days per week.The kitchen is available 24x7, so if you prefer to work at night, the kitchen is available as early as 10pm. Additional shifts are available for the right person.

-enjoy being early stage in a hot and emerging brand

-desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

-High School Diploma - or equivalent required

-experience in baking preferred
