DELIVERY DRIVER/ SHOPPER/ OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

Compensation – $18.50 + per hour D.O.E.

o Vacation Pay available after 1 year of employment

o 90-day probationary period, after which hourly rate will be reviewed for an increase

o Cell phone reimbursement

o Company issued delivery van

o Company issued credit card for company purchases

Type – Part Time/ Full Time with varied shifts available:

Evening: 4pm – 12am; Monday - Friday

Early Morning: 4am – 10am; Monday - Friday

Daytime: 9am – 5pm; Monday - Friday

Saturday / Sunday shifts vary based on business needs

JSF is looking for a motivated DELIVERY DRIVER/ SHOPPER / OPERATIONS SUPPORT PERSON(S) to join our team. Applicants must be hard-working, team-focused, and driven to learn.

This position is vital to fulfilling the many daily orders and will involve, but is not limited to the following duties:

Receive orders upon shift arrival, prioritize tasks based on delivery schedule

Gather necessary JSF Kitchen and in house stock items per order, organize and prepare to transfer to van

Plan necessary outside grocery shopping as needed

Plan necessary pick-up orders from outside restaurants

Maintain a clean van. Responsible for fueling, maintaining proper tire pressure and reporting of any necessary

maintenance issues to supervisor in a timely manner

Requirements:

Must have a clean DMV record

Ability to follow detailed instructions regarding order fulfillment

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to reconcile your company issued credit card and provide all receipts daily in an organized manner

congruent with company policies

Attention to detail.

Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs.

Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.

Must have or be able to obtain a food safety handler’s card.

Cleanliness, organization and the ability to work well in a team situation are crucial to this position.

Applicants are also required to perform duties necessary for delivery operations as assigned by acting supervisor,

following governmental and company policies.

Applicants must possess a strong dedication toward learning and motivation to progress in a fast-paced kitchen

environment.

Must be impeccably groomed, maintain good hygiene, good posture and have required uniform and tools.

Responsive to constructive feedback from Owners, Direct Manager & other department heads.

of excellence.

Adhere to all COVID protocols that include but are not limited to; mask wearing, hand washing and frequent

Operate within the company on a daily basis with efficiency, respect, friendliness, professionalism, teamwork,

knowledge, patience, awareness, compassion, courtesy and initiative.

Understand completely all programs, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.

Understand philosophy of management and ownership. Displays consistent attention to detail and follow through of

all company policies.
