We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our team at our bustling neighborhood hamburger restaurant. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes to our customers in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items to order, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and contributing to a positive kitchen atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and customer preferences

- Experience in expo and correctly sending out orders.

- Ensure food quality by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, freshness, and presentation

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient operations

- Maintain a clean and organized work station

- Follow proper food handling procedures and safety protocols

- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred

- Knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment operation

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
