Beverly Hills Ramen Restaurant Hiring Line Cooks

We are an upscale Japanese innovative ramen bar, recognized on Michelin Guide 2021, 2022, 2023. We locate at the Beverly Hills Restaurant Row on La Cienega Blvd. We are looking for team members who are positive, skillful, talented and highly motivated and enthusiastic about hand-crafted food concept. We make noodle from scratch on-site, broth, sauces and everything.

IMMEDIATE HIRE upon 5 days of paid training completion with the satisfaction of managers and owner/chef

Full time/Part time Line Cooks

-Be able to operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation

-Detail oriented: must be able to follow basic recipes and methods

-Must be able to listen to their supervisor for setting up and stock station, garnishing each dish properly

-Able to multi-task and willing to learn, help prep food when restaurant is slow

-Previous line cook experience is preferred

-Ramen or Japanese cuisine knowledge is a plus

-Good knife skills is a plus
