Server/ Bartender- Part Time w/ Full Time Option

We are a family owned bar and restaurant in the Silver Lake/Glendale area. We have been around for a number of years and are in need of a Server/ Bartender. This is ONE job, not individual jobs. We are not a craft cocktail bar, so if that is what you are seeking, please do NOT apply. We are a fast-paced, team-based, neighborhood spot with many regulars, and are looking for someone who has a stellar personality. Most of our employees have worked here a number of years and we pride ourselves on that!

The job duties/requirements include:

Customer service for both table and bar

Making drinks/pouring beers

Serving food and knowledge of a vast menu of items

Running food and drinks to table guests

Great character and customer service skills

Ability to upsell

Ability to efficiently multi-task

Self motivated to take initiative to support team

Appreciates/ respects the culture of a non-corporate environment

Respects working with a diverse crew within a diverse environement
