Japanese Izakaya Restaurant looking for server and kitchen staff

Izakaya restaurant in west los angeles looking for servers and kitchen employees.

Compensation:

$16.78+tip for servers.

$17.50 and up +tip for kitchen (training is at $16.78)

Tip distribution: total tip during the day is pooled and distributed among all employees. percentage depends on experience, hours worked during the day, and position.

Qualification:

Both position, looking for someone who is hard working, can work until late hours, and can work in fast pace environment.

Servers preferably speak both English and Japanese.

Kitchen, experience is preferred, especially sushi or grill.
