FRONT OF THE HOUSE SHIFT LEADER/ASST MANAGER $22 + Over Time + Tips

Benny's is a fast-casual, fast-paced Mexican restaurant, looking to add a motivated Shift Manager who wants to grow with us. This is a basic and hands on supervisor position. We are hiring for 2 locations: Westchester and Santa Monica

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO IS:

- Approachable, Positive and works well with others

- Full availability: Weekdays and Weekends

- STRONG customer service skills

- Experience in the kitchen is a HUGE PLUS but not required

RESPONSIBLE FOR, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

- Your main responsibility is to run the shift by monitoring the staff, attending to customer needs, assigning breaks and

keeping the restaurant clean at all times

- Training new Team members

- Placing Orders

- No scheduling, No paperwork,

COMPENSATION (with OT and tips you can earn up to $27-$28 per hour)

- $20-$22 per hour

- Overtime pay

- Tip Pool: $2-$3 per hour average

- 30 hours of paid vacation
