Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Manager:

Rosti Tuscan Kitchen is family owned and operated Italian Restaurant and have been in business for over 35 years with 3 locations. We are in need of a strong restaurant manager to join and lead our team in Santa Monica! Minimum 3 years management experience in casual dining with bar or higher level dining with bar is required. Experience in take out and working with 3rd parties such as Uber, Doordash and Grubhub is also required. Must be able to perform following tasks:

Manage employees and scheduling

Ordering supplies

Inventory and counts

Communications with accounting/Payroll

Profitability management
