The Roguelike Tavern Seeks Line Cooks

The Roguelike Tavern is looking for dependable, knowledgeable line cooks for both full and part time employment. Requirements:

- at least 2 years experience in a professional kitchen environment (fryer work a plus)

- Valid food handler permit

- Night & weekend availability (required)

- Good knowledge of CA health codes and inspection protocol

- Strong technical/knife skills

- strong organizational skills

- A love of bar culture/pub food

- Duties include: prep work, inventory management, dishwashing, and kitchen upkeep

$20/hr. We are a small, independently run establishment and are looking for someone who wants to be part of a close-knit team.
