Experienced Restaurant GM (PREMIUM SALARY & 401K PROFIT SHARING)

SEEKING EXPERIENCED RESTAURANT MANAGER FOR WEST AND EAST LA AREAS

We are hiring a full time General Manager for our company, Sunset Restaurant Management Group (Cabo Cantina, Jameson's Pub, Fiesta Cantina, Baja Beach Cafe etc.). This position requires extensive floor managing in our high volume property.

Qualifications and Skills:

-At least 4 years experience in a management capacity, preferably in a corporate chain restaurant (i.e. Fridays, BJ's, Lazy Dog Cafe, Tilted Kilt, etc.).

-Ability to manage supporting Management Staff, FOH staff & BOH staff.

-Excellent communication skills and a responsible, mature, professional demeanor.

-Resourceful, result oriented, self-starter, with strong work ethic and job commitment.

-Skilled in scheduling, customer service, problem solving, cash handling, bar cost controls, inventory, pour controls, implementing policies, high volume purchasing and liquor promotions.

-Knowledge of Toast systems preferred but not necessary.
