Resident Manager Needed – Apartment Building

We’re looking for a dependable, responsible person (preferably a couple) to help manage a 39 unit apartment building located in the Mid-Wilshire area of Los Angeles. This is a part-time, on-site position with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

Show vacant units

Receive tenant repair requests in person or by phone, text, email

Coordinate maintenance and vendors

Keep common areas clean

Collect rents, fill out receipts

Requirements:

Someone responsible and organized.

Able to communicate with tenants in English or Spanish

Reliable in meeting vendors when needed

Basic computer/phone skills

Able to handle small repairs

Compensation:

Discounted rent + small monthly pay (details when we talk)
