PART-TIME Home & Garden Maintenance

Do you love sprucing things up? Are you meticulous and detail-oriented? Good at fixing things?

Seeking someone looking for flexible, part-time work to help maintain, repair and improve my small Silverlake home and yard.

You MUST:

- have previous work experience and references

- be in close proximity to Silverlake

- have reliable transportation

DUTIES include, but are not limited to:

- light housekeeping (dishes, laundry, ironing, etc.)

- organizing home and yard

- nurturing indoor and outdoor plants

- repairing/mending a variety of objects and clothing

- minor interior/exterior repairs and painting

(Some additional remote work may be possible, based on skill-set.)

Hours will vary week-to-week, with an average of 4-6 hours/week, between the hours of 12 - 6 pm. Because your time on the property will rarely exceed 2-3 hours/day, commuting more than a few miles will not be cost-efficient.

YOU MUST INCLUDE A RESUME AND/OR LIST OF SKILLS PLUS 2 RECENT EMPLOYER WORK REFERENCES TO BE CONSIDERED.
