As a Project Coordinator, you will be working in an industry where your understanding of black culture and experience in arts organizations, libraries, or museums will be invaluable. Your key responsibilities will revolve around managing projects, particularly those related to collections and their preservation.Responsibilities: Utilize your knowledge of library science to effectively manage collections Employ project management skills to oversee projects from inception to completion Utilize Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Excel for various administrative tasks Use CRM and Atlassian Jira in managing and tracking projects Leverage your understanding of black culture in the development and execution of projects Apply your knowledge in budget processes and contracts to ensure project financials are in order Use Microsoft Outlook for communication and coordination purposes Use About Time for effective project time management Engage in the construction of project frameworks and strategies Ensure accurate and efficient processing of project-related documents and records Maintain a clear and open line of communication with all stakeholders involved in the project. Requirements Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira software for project management tasks. Experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial tracking. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites including Word, PowerPoint, and Access. Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook for email communication and scheduling. Knowledge of About Time mobile resource management solution. Understanding of budget processes, including planning, tracking, and reporting. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team collaboration. Experience in the construction industry, understanding its unique demands and constraints. Familiarity with contract administration, including negotiation, execution, and management. Proven project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Knowledge of library science, demonstrating keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
