We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Analyst & Insights Manager to drive growth within our Electric Vehicle Business. The ideal candidate will take on responsibilities that include:

- Spearheading marketing analysis for our function by interpreting complex data and supplying actionable insights to inform strategic marketing decisions.

- Measuring the success of our marketing campaigns through the creation of clear metrics that are thoroughly reviewed after each activity.

- Managing our weekly and monthly reports to keep our commercial objectives on track.

What You’ll Do

- Work closely with our marketing team to create data-driven strategies.

- Offer insights into customer behavior, market trends, and the competitive landscape.

- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns by contributing analytical input.

- Gather and analyze marketing data from varied sources, such as web analytics, CRM, social media, and sales data.

- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics.

- Transform data into actionable insights and recommendations for strategies based on these insights, presenting compelling visualizations and presentations to communicate findings to senior management and stakeholders.

- Compile regular reports to monitor the performance of marketing initiatives.

- Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to optimize marketing efforts.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

- Work collaboratively with product, commercial, operations, and finance teams to align marketing activities with broader business objectives.

- Ensure integrity and consistency of data across different departments.

- Partner with external vendors and collaborators as necessary.

What You’ll Need

- Marketing Experience: 2-3 years in marketing analysis or a related area.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Excel).

- Communication Skills: Exceptional capability to not only analyze data but also craft compelling narratives that guide and influence senior stakeholders.

- Learning Mindset: A curious and inquisitive attitude, focused on building positive feedback loops to continuously enhance marketing campaigns.

- Prioritization Skills: The ability to think critically and prioritize tasks effectively amidst a busy and exciting environment.

- Data-Driven Approach: If you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it; hence the need for problem-solving skills, comfort in presenting and visualizing data, and meticulous attention to detail.

- Self-Starter: An eagerness to learn and excel in a fast-paced, high-functioning environment, coupled with strong project management capabilities.
