Technology Lead

Description Job Title: IT ManagerWork Schedule: On-Site, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (with occasional evenings and weekends for school plays and events)Target Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 (includes salary and discretionary bonus)Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled IT Manager with a strong background in EdTech and Blackbaud systems to oversee our technology operations. The ideal candidate will manage our technology budget, vendor relationships, and supervise a small team. This role requires a balance of technical proficiency and management skills to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:

Technology Management: Oversee and manage the technology budget, including software licenses and vendor relationships.

Team Leadership: Supervise 2 direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure team effectiveness.

Technical Support: Manage and support technology systems, with a focus on 90% MacOS and 10% Windows environments, as well as O365, AV/VOIP, and LAN/WAN systems.

Event Support: Provide IT support during school plays and events, which may occur in the evenings or on weekends.

Top Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in EdTech and Blackbaud systems.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MacOS (90%), Windows (10%), O365, AV/VOIP, and LAN/WAN.

Management Experience: Proven experience in managing a technology budget and vendor relationships.

Leadership: Ability to manage and lead a small team effectively.
