Executive Assistant I

Description:Executive Assistant to EVP Marketing Strategy Insights Paramount Pictures. Person must know key players on the Paramount lot and be proficient at complicated scheduling of meetings with high level executives and talent. Must managing and coordinate travel and itineraries for the EVP and two VPs in the department and can prepare documents for travel-related meetings. Can prepare confidential information such as expense reports and maintain discretion when dealing with confidential research information. Willing to pitch in with basic online searches for information or review of simple spreadsheets. Preferred interest in movie marketing but not required. Experience on the Paramount lot is important Bachelors degree preferred. Paramount experience- 1 -2 years level paramount experience or movie marketing experience Years as an EA-2 years experience Hybrid role - Mon Wed Thurs Hours- 9-6 MVR neededAbout TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
