Seeking Personal Assistant to WeHo Couple - Flexible Schedule

We are a dynamic couple residing in the vibrant neighborhood of West Hollywood, seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to help streamline our daily lives. This role is not an executive assistant position; it's focused on managing personal tasks, errands, light housekeeping, etc. We value flexibility, independence, reliability and a positive attitude. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day activities, values a flexible schedule they can set themselves, but has the ability to adapt to changing priorities and get things done without much supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

-Managing outside tasks such as grocery shopping, post office visits, filling prescriptions and other errands

-Assisting with light cleaning, laundry, and organization around the home

-Planning and prepping for trips, including packing and itinerary management

-Coordinating with other household staff and managing schedules as necessary

-Undertaking any additional tasks varied tasks and projects

Requirements:

-Owns a reliable vehicle and has a valid driver's license

-Excellent time management and organizational skills

-Ability to work independently and efficiently

-Flexible approach to tasks with the ability to prioritize effectively

-Good communication skills and a positive attitude

-Comfortable around pets - we have two gentle and awesome kitties
