Entry Level Cannabis Cultivator

Job Type: Full-time

Wage: $17/hour

Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, some Saturdays 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (with lunch break)

Qualifications:

Age 21 and older (Required)

NO Experience needed, if you have experience, please let us know

Punctuality

Reliable Transportation is preferred

Team players that are efficient and quick learners

Show up on time and follow directions well

Job Details:

Custodial and Garden Duties

Plucking leaves (Deleaf)

Hanging METRC tags

Putting up trellis netting

Raising and lowering light fixtures

Hanging plants in dry room

Hand watering as needed

Setting up flower rooms for next phases

Harvesting rooms

Throwing out trash

Sanitizing

And other general cultivation duties

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

IMPORTANT:

Candidates will be offered a 2-week preliminary paid period where performance and attendance are assessed. Tardiness or poor performance will result in not continuing with the training process.
