Internal Communications Leader (Senior Manager) - Deloitte ConsultingAre you a strategic leader who can guide multiple team members and senior business executives while delivering high-value communications results that drive business priorities? The ideal candidate is highly strategic and entrepreneurial with an innate ability to execute integrated communications with data-driven results.What you'll do:You will play a critical role in activating internal communications across the Consulting matrix in a way that inspires, informs and activates our people around our most important business priorities. In addition to leading a team of internal communications professionals across Consulting networks and our most critical Consulting market activation priorities, you will partner closely with executive leadership to enable the growth agenda. Your work will specifically involve:

Leading internal communications across the Consulting networks, Industries, Talent and Purpose / DEI, specifically owning executive relationships and driving internal communications strategies and programs that enable business priorities

Developing and scaling internal communications that align to key marketing initiatives to fully integrate marketing, internal and external communications narratives

Coordinating across Commercial teams to effectively drive market activation and new business growth from the top down

Strategically partnering with the Office of the CEO within Consulting - and across other businesses to design and execute connected messaging and cascades

Driving new insights, channels, data and technology programs that will elevate the efficiency, performance of and engagement with our messages and outreach

Leading and developing a high-performing team to develop content aligned to strategic communications priorities and continuously measure performance to drive agility

Deloitte Consulting's Marketing team provides value to the US Firms by differentiating the Deloitte brand, driving Deloitte's business priorities forward, innovating new marketing and communications solutions, and delivering distinct client experiences. We develop cutting-edge marketing and communications plans, creative assets, and unique experiences that engage our internal and external audiences, deliver on the strategy of our businesses, and capture the hearts, minds, and loyalty of our clients.Qualifications include:

Communications professional with 15-20 years relevant experience

Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, Journalism, and / or Business - advanced degree a plus

Proven track record of building strong, trusted, and strategic relationships with senior executive business leaders and team members, preferably in professional services

Proven success developing and executing internal communications strategies and plans for large, complex, and highly matrixed businesses to drive consistency and influence leaders to take decisive action

Experience using analytics to measure and optimize the effectiveness of communications strategies in an agile and iterative fashion

Ability to communicate effectively - both in writing and verbally - with clarity, persuasiveness, and precision

Experience leading, developing, and inspiring high-performing teams

Familiarity exploring and integrating various communications tools, technologies, and measurement platforms to elevate communications efforts

Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams -experience with communications platforms a plus

Comfortable working with ambiguity and continuously evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated values for diversity, team dynamic / culture, and collaboration in a remote setting

Additional requirements:

Willingness to travel up to 25% on average, based on the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $151,800- $253,000.
