Support Ensono’s evaluation of capital investments and the returns expected from these investments

Deliver investment recommendations that follow a logically reasoned, data-driven approach to achieve Ensono’s strategic & financial goals

Create a governance framework and process that aligns organizations within Ensono to the process of evaluating investments for new logos, upsells and renewals

Analyze the actual results from previous deals and compare performance to investment case; where necessary adjust the investment process based on actual results

Define and evaluate Key Performance Indicators to track pricing performance and enable continuous improvements

Develop deal memos for all client specific capital deployment activities along with win/loss analyses

Partner with new logo sales leaders as part of the investment process to clearly understand the business case and where necessary engage directly with clients to gain additional insights

Partner with existing client sales leaders to analyze client P&Ls on a monthly basis in order to ensure financial results for their set of clients meets expectations

Collaborate with contracting team to ensure deal underwriting translates into contractual obligations for Ensono and our clients

Perform ad-hoc financial and strategic analyses to support various parts of the business

Prepare and present management and board-level content

Requirements

MBA or CFA required

Experience in an analytical role within private equity, consulting, investment banking or transactions support group of Big-4 audit firms

A passion for collaborating with stakeholders across the business and leading cross-functional initiatives; you are effective in driving results without formal authority

Exceptional analytical, financial modeling and presentation skills with mastery of Excel and PowerPoint; you know how to tell a story through the numbers

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills; you thrive when given hard problems and the space to solve them

Attention to detail and a keen eye for the minutiae

Strong written and verbal communication skills which enable you to effectively communicate with people at all levels in the organization
