PUBLIC PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

We are looking for a seasoned superintendent with verifiable experience in public building projects, for a Project in OC/LA Area

Job Requirements:

Public building project experience.

Ability to read and interpret plans, and construction codes.

Manage and coordinate subcontractors, coordinate with architect & inspector, and file required job reports.

Attend construction meetings if necessary.

Preparation of RFI’s, T&M Tickets, Daily Reports, Work ahead schedules and any other documents required for the assigned project.

OSHA Requirements. Safety training, and ability to conduct safety meetings and maintain a safe workplace.

Must pass criminal background check.

Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, MS Project, EXCEL

Dependable transportation

High energy and willingness to be a team player
