Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

Monitor and support each child's social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Communicate regularly with parents to discuss their child's progress and development.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.

Qualifications:

Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.

State certification in early childhood education (good to have but not required)

Strong understanding of child development principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
