Front Desk staff

Located in Santa Monica, our industry-leading permanent makeup salon is looking for two new front desk staff to join our team! We pride ourselves on helping people regain and renew their confidence by helping them augment their natural beauty through permanent makeup. Our viral social media presence ensures that our customers know and can trust our quality of work.

We are looking for a couple of part-time employees to join our front desk staff to help us run the front of house and scheduling.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Booking appointments, and Scheduling

-greeting, checking in, and checking out guests

-help facilitate online and in person retail orders

-answer calls, texts, and DMs for our company

-assist in inventory management

Some of the qualities that someone will need to thrive in this position include:

-an ability to multitask

-great customer service skills

-great written communication (casual and formal)

-excellent phone demeanor

-ability to handle difficult customers, and get them on your side

-know when to ask superiors for help

-excellent initiative and desire to help

Multilingual is a huge plus.

Customer service, beauty industry is a plus.

Looking to hire part-time, with room to expand for the right candidates.
