DTLA Cannabis Dispensary Now Hiring Budtender

We are a licensed Recreational cannabis retail and cultivation business looking to fill our Budtender Role.

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking PART-TIME Candidates For Our Budtender Position

The budtender role requires excellent customer service skills and an immense amount of patience. Must be able to listen closely to the Customer's needs while continuously directing the conversation in a productive manner, budtenders are encouraged to give educated and accurate product descriptions to Customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensuring all Customers feel welcomed through friendly smiles and great customer service at all times. Stocking, labeling, organizing, and displaying products in an orderly fashion in the display case, slat walls, and cabinets.

Checking that all barcodes and Pos (Indica Online) reflect the correct product information and pricing.

Staying current on cannabis-related news and research. Keeping all retail countertops clean, keeping store and stock room clean & clutter free throughout the day.

Handle each transaction with care and accuracy, ensuring your drawer counts are correct daily.

Employment Requirements:

- High School Diploma

- Previous budtender experienced required

-Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

- 2 years of customer relations and sales experience

- problem solving skills

- Cash handling & Debit Processing

-Organizational skills

- Understanding and follow protocol for the proper lines of communication

Bi-Weekly Pay Starts at $18.00 an hour Plus

Supplemental pay via customer tips Cashed Daily

Job Type: Part Time Positions Available

Our Store Hours Are:

Monday 9am-9pm

Tuesday- Sunday 9am-10pm
