Customer Service Position

Do you have excellent Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment, the ability to think on your feet, and a great attitude?

Our ideal candidate will have:

2+ Years Customer Service Experience

2+ Years College preferred

Available to work 40 hours per week

Prior stable work history

Familiarity with computers, Windows applications, and order entry system

Ability to navigate a computer while on the phone

Ability to multi-task

Ability to learn an extensive product line

Problem resolution skills

Excellent written and communication skills.
