As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional support - Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to assist bilingual customers - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Utilize excellent phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions Requirements: - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Sales experience is a plus - Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career development.
