Car Rental Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Car Rental Agent. As a Car Rental Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient car rental experience for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.

Assist customers in selecting the appropriate rental vehicle based on their needs and preferences.

Complete rental transactions accurately and efficiently, including obtaining necessary identification and payment information.

Provide detailed information about rental policies, terms, and conditions to customers.

Conduct vehicle inspections with customers before and after rental periods, noting any damages or discrepancies.

Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of rental vehicles, including refueling, car washing and basic maintenance tasks.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Stay updated on current promotions, discounts, and company policies to effectively communicate them to customers.

Maintain accurate records of rental transactions, customer interactions, and vehicle status.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in computer systems and software applications.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
