Local Insurance Agency is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of customer service representative. We are seeking a professional individual interested in providing excellent service in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

Answer phone, schedule appointments, collect documents, follow up with customers, and process payments. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive

Hourly pay with bonus incentives

Compensation $18-$21 per hour based on experience

Currently seeking Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to start. More days added with growth.

Requirements:

Friendly and organized

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

Detailed oriented

Motivated

Insurance License not required but a plus

Bilingual a plus
