Former Licensed Contractor

We are seeking a Former Licensed Contractor for a start-up Commercial Floor Cleaning business. We want a seasoned professional with knowledge regarding, but not limited to, cleaning supplies, buffing/polishing equipment, client acquisition and project estimations. The selected candidate will be an integral part in establishing the framework of the new business. This is a contracted position. Meetings will be held to understand the commercial floor cleaning industry. This is your opportunity to pass on years of knowledge you've gained to help grow a new business!

Responsibilities:

- Provide expertise and mentor business owners

- Allocate resources and materials to meet project requirements

- Select appropriate cleaning supplies for project type

- Provide as-needed operations oversight

- Formalize policies and procedures

​Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations of commercial floor cleaning

- Strong project management skills

- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

- Strong leadership qualities

- Willingness to teach

- Knowledge of industry expectations and standards

- English speaking

- Knowledge of cement cleaning and polishing is a plus but not required

- Previous business owner is highly desired
