Tax Preparer

We are a CPA office providing accounting and tax services to small businesses.

We are looking for a high energy, proactive problem solver with proven tax preparation experience and knowledge of basic accounting to prepare and/or review intermediate to advanced personal and corporate tax returns. The role also includes some bookkeeping using Quickbooks.

The role requires the following:

Minimum of 3 years personal and business tax preparation experience

Quickbooks experience

Basic Excel knowledge

Positive attitude and willingness to learn with the ability to take ownership, work independently, and execute in a rapidly changing environment

Must be detail oriented

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and oral communication skills.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday. Hours are flexible within normal business hours.
