• Our client is looking for a L1 Support Technician I to assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance and troubleshooting.
• This person will conduct inspections and periodic preventative maintenance as required.
• The Field Technician will diagnose and repair hardware, software issues.

• Maintains a high level of security in assigned areas of responsibility, abiding by established company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for supporting and troubleshooting
• Good understanding of the general aspects of the manufacturing software systems
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, vendors and visitors to facility
• Ability to work harmoniously with diverse groups of individuals
• Experience working in an ethnically, culturally, and racially diverse environment preferred
• Ability to work harmoniously and effectively with colleagues, patients, clients and vendors across the spectrum of diversity
