Engineer

Description:Currently seeking an experienced Engineer for Spaceport Systems International (SSI) programs at Vandenberg SFB, CA. SSI supports multiple Government and Commercial Payload Processing and launch vehicle integration activities in a secure environment. The Electrical/Mechanical/Systems/Facilities Engineer.Electrical/Mechanical/Systems/Facilities Engineer is responsible for: o Design, fabrication, installation, testing and documentation of operations, maintenance, repairs, and modifications for all facility systems including providing detailed instructions, drawings, or specifications to assist technicians with how equipment or systems are to be fabricated, constructed, assembled, modified, maintained, or used. o Problem reporting and root cause analysis for all facility systems o Participating in the engineering configuration control process to include development of Engineering Change Requests and the supporting documentation o Analysis of all facility systems with an eye for improvements in maintenance and operations.Skills:aerospace, Facilities maintenance, operational process, blueprint, Electrical, Hvac, Repair, digital control systemTop Skills Details:aerospace,Facilities maintenance,operational process,blueprintAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently within a cross-functional team Strong presentation skills Ability to multi-task and manage/accommodate multiple projects simultaneously Operations, maintenance, repair, design, installation and testing of any of the following systems: o Pneumatic/Compressed Air Systems o HVAC/Clean Room Systems o Sewage and Water systems o Electrical Systems o Digital Control Systems o Emergency Power systems o Chilled water systems o Air handlers o Pneumatic actuators o Desiccant dryers o Diesel generators o Un-Interruptible power supplies o Reciprocating & centrifugal compressorsExperience Level:Intermediate LevelDiversity, Equity & Inclusion At Actalent, diversity and inclusion are a bridge towards the equity and success of our people.
