Job Title: 2nd Shift- Painter Helper- $18-19/hrJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Painter Helper where you will support the production process by assisting with painting tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role involves cross-training in various areas such as dressing, packaging, painting, grinding, CET printing & stamping. You will be an integral part of a team that manufactures diamond blades and core bits for the construction, stone, and mining industries.2nd Shift 4:00pm-12:30am, Open to 1-2hr OT Daily and OT on Sat Train on 2nd Shift - takes about 2 months to get hang of itSome sort of production experience and ok working with paintResponsibilities

Assist in painting parts and molds as per job orders

Mix paint (acetone, water) and prepare spray gun for use

Perform painting using a spray gun in a paint booth with suction air to reduce paint spray

Read, understand, and follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and job orders

Inspect materials being produced or packed and perform required tests

Communicate effectively and report any issues to the supervisor

Meet production goals in a timely manner and work flexibly within a team

Perform inspections of materials as defined in standard operating procedures

Essential Skills

Basic understanding of production environments

Ability to work in fast-paced settings

Basic math skills

Mechanical aptitude

Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs

Reliability and consistent tenure in previous roles

No prior paint experience required

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Comfortable working with paint and acetone

Ability to work with hand tools and perform machine operations and grinding

Ability to frequently lift up to 35 lbs

Experience in general labor, packaging, and production preferred
