Independent Contractors-Dedicated Team Route-Reefer loads

BLACKROCK LOGISTICS is looking for Team drivers for a year-round dedicated route. Refrigerated loads will be picked up in Southern California (Inland Empire area) and delivered to Kentucky. MUST run as a Team unit. Refrigerated loads MUST be delivered within 48 hours of pick-up time. Start in California and return to California.

This position is for CLASS A-Independent Contractors Dedicated Team Route-Reefer loads

-ROUND TRIP PAY (AVERAGE 4,000 MILES ROUND TRIP)

-SET DELIVERY APPOINTMENT TIMES

-DEDICATED YEAR-ROUND ROUTE (INCLUDES HOLIDAYS)

-POWER ONLY

-NO TOUCH FREIGHT

-DC to DC (But not limited to)

-REEFER LOADS (DRY OR FROZEN) 35-55 DEGREES

- MEET AND MAINTAIN INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

-24/7 OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

Responsibilities:

- Safely operate a tractor-trailer with a refrigerated trailer, ensuring the proper handling of reefer loads.

- Utilize Class A license to transport goods on dedicated routes, maintaining a high level of professionalism and adherence to regulations.

- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery, demonstrating strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

- Perform routine pre/post trip inspections

- Follow designated routes, ensuring timely deliveries and efficient route planning.

- Collaborate with dispatch to coordinate schedules and communicate any issues or delays promptly.

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure a secure working environment for oneself and others.
