Auto Body Shop Estimator / Assistant Manager

Maaco of Rancho Cucamonga is seeking a reliable and experienced candidate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate repair estimates using industry software

Communicate with customers on repair needs, costs, and timelines

Assist shop manager with daily operations and staff oversight

Coordinate production flow and ensure quality standards

Support customer satisfaction with professional service

Qualifications:

Prior experience as an auto body estimator or related role

Knowledge of collision repair, auto painting processes, and insurance procedures

Strong communication and leadership skills

Computer proficiency (estimating software, MS Office)

Valid driver’s license

Schedule:

Full-time, standard business hours (flexibility as needed)
