Commercial Construction Company looking for individual that possess the following:

Valid and Current Drivers license (Acceptable DMV record)

Available to work full Time, Flexible Schedule

Organized

Ability to read blue prints

Keen attention to detail.

MUST understand all aspects of construction.

Must communicate basic english, follow instructions.

Understand building code,

Produce quality clean work.

Required to know how to handle, schedule crew and work load.

Must pass drug test along with background check.

In depth knowledge of safety best practices

Must be legal to work in the USA

Must own basic tools.
