Job Responsibilities:

Safely load, transport, and unload customers’ belongings.

Handle furniture, boxes, and other items with the utmost care to prevent damage.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their moving needs and ensure satisfaction.

Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.

Follow company protocols and safety standards diligently.

Qualifications:

Professional moving experience is mandatory. Only applicants with proven, verifiable experience in the moving industry will be considered. We cannot train.

Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy items safely.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Familiarity with using moving equipment such as dollies, straps, and ramps.

A valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation:

Starting pay is $20 per hour. Most of our customers are very generous and offer daily tips of $20-$100.

Pay will be adjusted based on experience and performance after a 30-day probationary period, with the potential to earn up to $30 per hour.

The first 30 days will be used to assess your skills, work ethic, and overall value to the team.

Location Requirements:

Applicants should reside in Hemet, San Jacinto, Menifee or Banning/Beaumont, or be willing to commute without issues. Please consider your travel time before applying.

Company Policies:

To ensure our continued success and maintain a professional work environment, please note the following key policies:

1. Arrival and Departure: All movers must ride in the company trucks from our warehouse to job sites and return at the end of the day. Meeting directly at job sites can occur.

2. Punctuality: Be at the warehouse on time. Pay starts once you’re in the truck and driving.

3. We are an agent for a national van-line. Professionalism and courtesy to our customers and our coworkers are of the utmost importance

4. Equipment and Cleanliness: Clean and organize as you go. Time spent cleaning after the job is completed will not be compensated.

5. Cab Cleanliness: Keep the truck cab clean. Dispose of trash in the provided bags.

6. Must be able to work 1-2 weekends (Saturdays and the occasional Sunday) per month.

7. Occasional travel to Northern California, Nevada and Arizona.

8. Accountability: Trucks will be inspected daily. Everyone is responsible for their own cleanup.

9. Communication: Ensure you have team members’ phone numbers and communicate effectively throughout the day.
