Service and repair plumber needed

We are a licensed service and repair plumbing company with over 50 years in the

industry, servicing the Inland Empire

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated and reliable plumber who wants to grow

and perform in the field alongside the rest of our team, with high regard for honest and quality

service.

Technician Must:

● Provide exceptional Customer Service with great communication skills

● Follow a base price guide that will be provided. We do not make up prices without being

able to break the invoice down for customers at a base hourly plus equipment and

material rate

● Prove at least 5 years of work experience as a plumber

● Be able to provide invoices and estimates to customers (comprehensive grammar skills)

● Ability to work in areas with limited space (e.g. crawl spaces, attics, etc.)

● Willing to work nights and weekends sometimes if needed

● Have a valid CA Drivers License and be over 25 years old with a clean driving record

● Have your own hand tools and power tools (rooter machines and major equipment are

provided)

● Must be easily adaptable to our price guides

● Ability to correctly diagnose and troubleshoot and locate Drain Stoppages/Restrictions

with our sewer cameras

● Ability to repair and or install toilets, disposals, water heaters, faucets etc.

● Ability to sweat copper and install, pressure regulators and other copper and brass

fixtures

● Spanish/bilingual speaking is definitely a plus

● Ability to price repairs and write invoices

● Ability to talk comfortably with customers and sell repairs to a homeowner

We need someone that is honest, moral, ethical, reliable, and who is willing to work!

Compensation: We offer competitive commission based pay with a minimum salary for

full time hires that finish the probation period of 6 months with work as steady as possible.
