Job description:

We are Solara Home Energy, and we are growing our Residential Solar Installation team! We are a growing alternative energy company looking to carefully construct our Installation team to support each other and grow the business, while carefully maintaining our priorities to our customers.

Solara Home Energy is hiring for all levels of installer positions (Installer 1, Installer 2, Installer 3) as well as Foreman Positions at our Murrieta location!

Reporting To:

Installers 1-3 will report to their Foreman.

Foreman report to Construction Manager.

All positions fall under Director of Construction.

Pay/Pay Range:

$20/hour - $35/hour, depending on experience, Hourly + Overtime.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 4x10s schedule.

Start time may vary depending on job site location.

Duties:

Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Installation of attachments, racking systems, micro-inverters, optimizers, inverters, rough electrical, finish electrical equipment etc. on 1-3 story new construction buildings.

Installation application will range across all roof types.

Installations integrated into single family homes, multi-family homes, and apartment homes.

Driving from warehouse location to jobsite location.

Professional conduct and quality installation.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work on unlevel surfaces

Perform construction at heights of 1-3 stories

Constant bending and twisting

Ability to lift 70lbs

Ability to climb up and down ladders constantly

Properly secure and wear PPE

Work outdoors in varying degrees of weather

Certification Requirements:

None required, previous experience is preferred.

Murrieta, CA, Full-time, weekly pay!
