Hiring AC/Heating Installers, Technicians, Apprentices

HVAC company located in Menifee, CA urgently hiring.

Current Positions: Installers, Service Technicians, Apprentices.

Installers and apprentices will be responsible for the installation of residential heating & air conditioning equipment.

Service techs will be responsible for repair, maintenance and sales of residential heating and air systems.

Requirements: Installers: 2+ years of lead installer experience. Service techs: 2+ years of experience troubleshooting, repairing or selling new systems. Apprentices with some experience in the trade or construction background is preferred.

Experience using housecallpro dispatch software for invoicing is a huge plus.

In order to drive company van you will need a clean driving record and live within 30 minutes of Menifee, CA.

Compensation: Installers - $27-$35+ depending on experience. Service techs: $30-$35+ / Commission opportunities for sales of parts or new systems. Apprentices: $18-$25+ depending on experience.
