Looking for good commercial plumber

Small commercial plumbing company is seeking a good commercial plumber. Must have at least 5 years experience in commercial plumbing. Not looking for a service plumber or a roto rooter guy. Must have hand tools and good transportation. Our work is only in the IE. We don't go to OC, LA or San Diego. You must be able to provide at least one solid reference, IOW, no friends, family members, buddies, etc. We don't tolerate any drug or alcohol use of any kind. Pay is based on experience and attitude.

NOTE- I currently have 6 projects under way. Need another good plumber. I am also looking for a good plumbers apprentice. Work would begin early next week.
