We are a Home Improvement Company looking for a Lead Installer.

We are a full-service company specializing in Manufactured Homes.

If you are a Carpenter or have experience in all trades including bath and kitchen remodels and have no problem crawling under manufactured homes please contact us!

You will be responsible for leading a 2-3 person crew that will be working on projects in our Customer's homes in various counties.

In addition to technical and practical competence, which is essential you must have strong leadership, people, and organizational skills.

You must have initiative and be a problem solver.

You must be able to train and lead a crew to deliver a great customer experience, given that you will be in customer's homes for 1-3 days at a time.

You must have a reliable vehicle, valid drivers license, and tools.

All material to complete every job will be provided by the company.

Compensation may be negotiated based on experience.
